Cannot decide whether to send the drive in or not right now? Even so, please do not hesitate and place the order now!

There is no obligation to you to send the drive in. The placed order is valid for 45 days, after that if the damaged unit is not received and you decided to go ahead and do recovery service with us - you'll need to place the new one!

 

 

Include a printed copy of your order in the package along with your failed hard drive.
